Sealease has invested in two new vessels bareboat charters pending.

Consideration will also be given on case by case basis for outright sales.

Demand is extensive. In a tight global financial market, capex budgets are cut but opex budgets are increased, hence leasing is desirable.

STS vessels have proven track record of high residual values.

Debt solutions will be considered on a corporate basis or on the basis of structured receivables of each contract depending on optimal financing efficiency.

Sealease is building 2-3 vessels p.a.

Innovative custom designed solutions for each client based on proven, tank tested vessels.

Each contract will be negotiated on basis of strict credit terms designed specifically to meet the credit standing / country risk of the lessee, together with a regimented maintenance program.
